02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
3. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNS S by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Cuttack Cyber Crime and Economic Offence PS Case No.18 of 2025 arising out of GR Case No.226 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC(UTP), Cuttack for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 318(4)/319(2) of BNS , on the allegation of cheating a sum of Rs.15,82,000/- from the informant on the assurance of returning the amount with interest @ 0.5% per day, which would double the investment in six months.
4. Heard, Mr. Priya Ranjan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 6297 of 2025; Ms. Rajalaxmi Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 7806 of 2025 and Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the present matter and perused the record.

After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 06.03.2025(Keshab Gouda @ Gouda Keshab Bhai Kishan) and 19.01.2025 (Surendra Sahoo) with submission of charge-sheet in the meantime and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits the petitioner to bail.

Hence, the bail applications of the petitioners namely Keshab Gouda @ Gouda Keshab Bhai Kishan and Surendra Sahoo in BLAPL Nos. 6297 & 7806 of 2025 stands allowed and the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) only with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it.
7. Accordingly, the BLAPL Nos. 6297 and 7806 of
2025 stand disposed of.
8. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per rules.
