05.08.2025 Order No. I.A. No.821 of 2025
01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Though the BLAPL No.8054 of 2025 was presented on 31st July, 2025 for regular bail, I.A. No.821 of 2025 has been filed to grant interim bail for a period of three weeks on the ground the Petitioner is a student and unless he is not released on interim bail, he would be unable to appear in the competitive exam scheduled to be held on 8th August,2025.
3. As it is revealed from the admit card issued by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission, as at Annexure-3 to the bail application, pursuant to the advertisement No.IIE-60/2023/938(C)/OSSSC dated 29th December, 2023, the Provisional Admission Letter has been issued in favour of the Petitioner to appear in the Combined Recruitment Examination-2023(IV) for recruitment to the posts of RI, ICDS Supervisor, ARI, Amin & SFS and the date of examination is scheduled to be held on 08.08.2025 from 02.00 PM to 5.00 PM and the reporting time for such examination has been scheduled to be at
12.30 PM.
