By filing the present CRLMC application, the accused- Petitioner, who is in custody seeks to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court to quash the order dated 08.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chandikhole in C.T.(Sessions) No.296 of 2025 thereby learned trial court has rejected the application filed at the instance of the accused-Petitioner under section 311 Cr.P.C.
