2. Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:
(cid:0)‡Under this circumstance the Petitioner prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the Wri tPetition, issue Rule NISI, calling upon the 0pp. Parties t oshow cause as to why the entire proceeding bearing GE ACase No. 27/2022 which was initiated sue moot by the Tahasildar, Hatadihi (0pp.
Party No.3) shall not b equashed .
If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule may be made absolute thereby issuing a Writ of Mandamus/ Certiorari and quash the entire proceeding bearing OEA Case No. 27 of 2022 which was initiated suo moto by the Tahasildar, Hatadihi (Opp. Party No.3) and thereby reverting the land as described in Schedule-E to the original record of right.
