01. 1. Since both the matte rs arise out of same F.I.R, they are heard together and disposed of by this common order on the consent of the parties.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are apprehension of incarceration in OR Case No.90JP of 2025-26 of Jagannath Prasad Range for commission of offence, inter alia, under Section 2(16)/ 9 / 39(d) / 44(1) / 49 / 49(d) / 50 punishable of Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and U/s 51 of Wildlife (Protection) Act, pending in the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Jagannath Prasad.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioner in ABLAPL No.12821 of 2025 and the Petitioner in ABLAPL No.12842 of 2025 have been implicated on the basis of the co-accused statement. Hence, they may be protected by pre-

arrest bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.

6. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent.

7. If it comes to fore that the Petitioners have any criminal antecedents, this order shall not be given effect to.

8. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

9. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
