43. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. These three I.As. were filed by the appellants praying for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1.

3. As per noting of the Registry, out of the said notices, all the PLRs of the deceased Respondent No.1 except PLR No.1(f) have made sufficient and they have made their appearance through Mr.

Maheswar Mohanty, Advocate and his associates.

4. Registry is directed to intimate as to whether the notice against the PLR No.1(f) is made sufficient or not.
