01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Instant I.A. is filed for condonation of delay in presenting the revision beyond stipulated period in terms of Section 5 of the limitation Act.
3. A delay of 14 days is reported as per the S.R.
4. It is submitted to the Court that the learned court below had not issued notice to the petitioners even after the order of cognizance dated 14th August, 2025 as at Annexure-4, hence, there has been delay in filing the revision, which is, therefore, to be condoned in the interest of justice.
5. Recorded the submission of Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State.
the explanation offered by the petitioners towards delay, which is only about 14 days, the Court is of the view that the same should be condoned.
7. Accordingly, it is ordered.
8. The I.A. is allowed with the delay be condoned.

02. 1. Heard.
2. Instant revision is filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned order of cognizance dated 14th August, 2025 i.e.
Annexure-4 on the grounds stated.
3. Considering the plea of the petitioners, the Court is inclined to issue notice to opposite party No.2 and also to direct the State to respond.
4. Accordingly, it is ordered.
5. Notice.
6. Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State accepts notice for opposite party No.1.
short returnable date and for the said purpose, requisites shall be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners within seven days from today.
8. List on 20th January, 2026 for final orders upon appearance of opposite party No.2.

03. 1. In case, any request received from the petitioners for an adjournment, it is directed that the learned SDJM (Sadar), Cuttack shall consider the same and defer the inquiry in connection with G.R. Case No.604 of 2025 to any future date later to 20th January, 2026.
2. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
