2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1154 of 2025 pending on the file of learned S.DJ.M. Nayagarh, arising out of Itamati P.S. Case No.359 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Section 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 118(1)/ 126(2)/ 140(1)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 351(3) of the BNS, 2023 r/w Sec-25 & 27 of Arms Act 1959.
