06. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The noting of the Registry regarding non-disposal of I.A. No.15 of 2022 is wrong, because the I.A. No.15 of 2022 was disposed of on dated 13.11.2025.

3. The sole O.P.-Sarapanch, Jarada Gram Panchayat, namely, Gyana Ranjan Das is present in Court today.

4. Both the learned counsels i.e. Mr. A. P. Bose, and Mr. Abhisek Nair submitted that, they have filed two sets of Vakalatnama on behalf of the sole O.P. and both claimed for the acceptance of their Vakalatnama on behalf of the O.P. (Sarapanch, Jarada Gram Panchayat).

5. On asking to the Sarapanch, Sarapanch, Jarada Gram Panchayat, he (Sarapanch, Jarada Gram Panchayat-Gyana Ranjan Das) submitted that, his counsel is Mr. A. P. Bose and his associates.

6. Therefore, the Vakalatnama of Mr. A. P. Bose and his associates as counsel for the sole O.P. i.e.

Sarapanch, Jarada Gram Panchayat is accepted.

7. Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr.A. P. Bose and his associates as the learned counsel for the sole O.P. in the cause title as well as in the brief instead of Mr. Abhisek Nair.

8. List this matter on 26.02.2026 for hearing on the point of admission.

1. Mr. Nair, learned counsel submitted that, he has filed an intervention petition vide I.A. No.498 of 2025 before the Registry, which is not in the Record.

2. If that be so, Registry is directed to place this I.A.

on record on the next date for objection and hearing.

3. The so called third party interevener is directed to serve the copy of the intervention petition on the learned counsel for the review petitioners and learned counsel for O.Ps.
