2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.19 of 2025 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Court, under POCSO Act, Jeypore, arising out of Boriguma P.S. Case No.56 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.
