01. 1. Since both the ABLAPLs relate to the same FIR, on the consent of the parties, they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.615 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.-II, Cuttack arising out of Barang P.S. Case No.223 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2)/

109(1)/ 126(2)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 304(2)/ 305(b) of BNS.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the co-accused have since been released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack vide order dated 01.05.2025 in BLAPL No.503 of 2025 and while releasing them on bail, the learned Court has taken note that the injury
