Questioning the legality of issue of Show-Cause Notice (SCN) in Form GST DRC-01 dated 8th August, 2025 vide Annexure-5 under Section 73 of the Odisha Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 (for short “the OGST Act”) pertaining to the tax periods from April, 2021 to March, 2022, by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Bhubaneswar-III Circle, Bhubaneswar, the petitioner has filed the writ petition.
