01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner in the

disposed of writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.34786 of

2025 for correction of some unintentional and

inadvertent typographical mistake therein i.e. for

correction of appearance date in the Court of Additional

Commissioner, Additional Revision Court No.II

(Opposite Party No.2) from “09.10.2025” to

“17.01.2026” in the 4^th line of paragraph No.10.

3. Heard from the learned counsels of both the sides.

4. After hearing from the learned counsels of both

the sides, it is held that, the above mistake in the 4^th line

of paragraph No.10 of the judgment passed in W.P.(C)

No.34786 of 2025 on dated 15.12.2025 is purely

unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistake.

The above correction thereof shall not change the

nature, character and final result of the judgment, rather

the said correction in the judgment is necessary to make

the same meaningful and proper.

5. Therefore, this I.A. filed on behalf of the

petitioner for correction of the above inadvertent

typographical mistake in the judgment dated 15.12.2025

passed in W.P.(C) No.34786 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The above typographical mistake in the 4^th line of

paragraph No.10 of the judgment dated 15.12.2025 as

prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner be

corrected.

7. As such, this I.A. is disposed of finally.

02. 1. The correction in the judgment of W.P.(C)

No.34786 of 2025 as per the final order passed today in

this I.A. No.22790 of 2025 is carried out in the Court in

of the W.P.(C) No.34786 of 2025 be granted to the

petitioner on proper application.
