02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the application as well as the prayer made therein.

3. By filing the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the Petitioner seeks for quashing of the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the learned J.M.F.C-II, Bhubaneswar in C.T. No.1527 of 2024, whereby an NBW of arrest has been issued against the present Petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that at the instance of the Opposite Party No.2 1.C.C. Case No.3833 of 2024 was initiated for commission of an offence punishable under Sections 420/ 506 of the I.P.C.
