17. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the O.P. No.4 in the disposed of writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.3020 of 2024 for correction of some unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistakes therein i.e. for correction of the surname of Madhusudan “Panda” in the judgment as “Pati” and the date from “07.03.1960” to “02.03.1960 and the amount from “Rs.2000/-” to “Rs.200/-” in paragraph Nos.10, 16, 17, 19 & 21 and deletion of extra

word i.e. “in the” in paragraph No.32.

the sides and on perusal of the records and judgment dated 26.08.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.3020 of 2024, it

is held that, the above mistakes in typing out in the paragraph Nos.10, 16, 17, 19, 21 & 32 of the judgment 26.08.2025 are purely unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistakes.

The above corrections thereof shall not change the nature, character and final result of the judgment, rather the said corrections in the judgment are necessary to make the same meaningful and proper.

5. Therefore, this I.A. filed on behalf of the O.P. No.4 for correction of the above inadvertent typographical mistakes in the judgment dated 26.08.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.3020 of 2024 is allowed.

6. The above typographical mistakes in the paragraph Nos.10, 16, 17, 19, 21 & 32 of the judgment dated 26.08.2025 as prayed for by the learned counsel for O.P. No.4 be corrected.

7. As such, this I.A. is disposed of finally.

18. 1. The corrections in the judgment of W.P.(C)

No.3020 of 2024 as per the final order passed today in this I.A. No.14740 of 2025 are carried out in the Court in presence of the learned counsels of both the sides.

2. Urgent certified copy of the corrected judgment parties of the W.P.(C) No.3020 of 2024 on proper applications by the parties.
