vii) Issue notice to the Opposite Parties;

viii) Call for the records;

ix) Issue Rule Nisi, calling upon the

opposite parties to show cause as to why the Opposite Party No-2 shall not be directed to transmit the VCRs against the Vehicle No- OD-05- N-6918 Annexure-2 series to the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(Transport), Cuttack to disposed off the same as per law, keeping in view the judgment of the Hon'ble Court in Anjana Babulal Darabad case
