Sub-Collector, Berhampur, Ganjam (O.P. No.1) in Mutation Appeal Case No.88 of 2023 on the ground that, the petitioner (who was the respondent
by the Addl. Sub-Collector, Berhampur, Ganjam (O.P. No.1). For which, the said order vide Annexure-4 is required to be quashed.
