JUDGMENT

ANANDA CHANDRA BEHERA, J.

1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for directing Tahasildar, Rampur in the District of

passed in R.C. No.406/2024 by the Secretary to Revenue wherein, the Revenue Divisional Commissioner had directed the Tahasildar, Rampur for preparation of separate R.o.R of the case land in the name of the petitioners (those are the LRs of the vendee).

2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State (Opp. Parties).

3. It appears from Annexure-4 attached by the petitioners in this writ petition that, the Tahasildar, Rampur has directed R.I. Bhatbahali to make necessary changes in the R.o.R in compliance to the directions given by the Secretary to Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Northern Division, Sambalpur in R.C. No.406 of 2024 following due procedures.

4. When the R.I. Bhatbahali is a staff of Rampur Tahasil and when the Tahasildar, Rampur has directed R.I. Bhatbahali for necessary correction in the R.o.R of the case land in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the order passed in R.C. No.406/2024 by the Secretary to Revenue then, at this juncture, there is no necessity under law to give any direction in this writ petition to the Tahasildar, Rampur because the order passed in R.C. No.406 of 2024 has already been implemented by the Tahasildar, Rampur.

So, on the basis of the above Annexure-4, this writ petition filed by the petitioners is required to be disposed of finally.

Therefore, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the R.I. Bhatbahali for receiving the rents from the petitioners in respect of the corrected R.o.R on the basis of the directions issued by the Tahasildar, Rampur.

5. On the basis of the aforesaid observations, this writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of finally.
