1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for directing Tahasildar, Rampur in the District of

passed in R.C. No.406/2024 by the Secretary to Revenue wherein, the Revenue Divisional Commissioner had directed the Tahasildar, Rampur for preparation of separate R.o.R of the case land in the name of the petitioners (those are the LRs of the vendee).

2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State (Opp. Parties).

3. It appears from Annexure-4 attached by the petitioners in this writ petition that, the Tahasildar, Rampur has directed R.I. Bhatbahali to make necessary changes in the R.o.R in compliance to the directions given by
