Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the petitioner praying for directing the Sub-Registrar, Begunia (Opposite Party No.4) in the district of Khordha to accept the deed for sale (original of Annexure-6 series) of the Petitioner for registration, because, the Sub-Registrar, Begunia
