Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the petitioner praying for directing the Tahasildar, Bamra (Opp. Party No.3) to carry out (implement) the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Bebandobasta Appeal Case No.04/2022 by the Addl. District Magistrate (Revenue), Sambalpur (Opp. Party No.2).

2. Heard from the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
