1. Pursuant to order dated 16.10.2025, though the parties were referred for mediation, it is submitted at the Bar
that on 07.01.2026 the mediation became unsuccessful.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, even though this Court granted liberty to the Petitioner-Wife to appear through Virtual Mode, because of not extending such facility, she could not appear before the learned Mediator through Video Conferencing mode. Hence, learned Mediator closed the mediation on 07.01.2026 recording the same to be
unsuccessful.
