01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2 to set aside the consent to establish granted in favour of the Opposite Party No.3 for establishment of the poultry feed

production unit at Mouza-Sugo.

3. Heard.

4. Let notice be issued to the Opposite Parties.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1. One extra copy of the brief be served on him to take instructions in the matter.

6. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the brief on Mr. S.P. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the State Pollution Control Board to take instructions in the matter.

7. Let notice be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 by Speed Post with A.D. Requisites shall be filed within a period of three working days from today.
