05. 1. In course of hearing of the writ petitions, it appears that the amendment sought to be carried out in the Odisha Panchayat Samiti Accounting Procedure Rules, 2002 has already been published in the Official Gazette on 19th September, 2025 but the challenge is made in the instant writ petitions to the draft amendment rules.
2. The counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to amend the prayer in view of the aforementioned facts discerned in course of the hearing.
3. Such leave is granted.
4. It is also brought to our notice that several writ petitions involving the common and identical issue are filed and pending before this Court; list thereof has been furnished by Mr. Sukanta Kumar Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Let those matters be also listed along with the instant writ petitions.
6. List these matters on 12th January, 2026 along with W.P.(C)Nos.34989, 30179 and 43097 of 2025.
