A.C. Behera, J. This writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the

Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure-6) passed in Mutation Case No.1074 of 2025 by the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar (O.P. No.5)

petitioner.

2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned ASC

for the State.

3. As per the order sheets of Mutation Case No.1074 of 2025 (Annexure-6):-

“First date of Mutation Case No.1074 of 2025 was 24.01.2025. The 2^nd date before the R.I. was on 06.02.2025. The 3^rd date before the R.I. was on 23.02.2025. In the last date i.e. on 24.03.2025, the mutation case was dropped by the Addl. Tahasildar.”
