05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid

arrangement.

2. The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.6 to demolish the unauthorized construction undertaken by the Opposite Party No. 8 over plot No. 459(H) and 460(Pt.) in Khata No. 5166 under Mouza Dumuduma as per letters dated 22.06.2022 and 25.07.202 issued by the Opposite Party No.5 and Opposite Party No.

2 respectively.

He further sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to comply the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court in W. P. (C) No. 23130/2023 within a stipulated period.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court had earlier passed an order in Writ Petition No.7123 of 2025 wherein the Opposite Party No.8 had approached this Court seeking time
