SASHIKANTA MISHRA, J. The petitioner has filed this writ

application with the following prayer:-

“In the premises, aforesaid the petitioner

prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be

pleased to allow this application and after hearing the parties and quash the order of disengagement and appellant order under Annexures 1 and 6 by restoring the petitioner’s service as Anganwadi worker at Haladigoroda Center Dist-Puri.

And/or pass any such other order(s)/direction(s)/writ (s) as are deemed just and proper.
