The present Criminal Appeal is filed by three appellants under Section 374(2) read with Section 382 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the judgment and order dated 21.12.1991 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in S.T. Case No.27/117 of 1991. By the impugned judgment, the learned trial Court convicted the accused-appellants for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/304-B read with Section 34 of the
Indian Penal Code (hereinafter I.P.C. for brevity) and Section 4 of the D.P. Act and sentenced the appellants to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven years each for the offence U/s.304-B/34 of I.P.C., however, no separate sentence was awarded on the count of other conviction.
