02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner in the disposed of writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.30020 of 2025 for correction of some unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistakes therein i.e. for correction of the O.P. No.4 i.e. from “District Sub- Registrar, Barang” to “District Sub-Registrar,

Balianta” in the paragraph Nos.1, 3, 5 and 7.

the sides, it is held that, the above mistakes in the Paragraph Nos.1, 3, 5 and 7 of the judgment passed in W.P.(C) No.30020 of 2025 on dated 25.11.2025 are

purely unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistakes.

The above corrections thereof shall not change the nature, character and final result of the judgment, rather the said corrections in the judgment are necessary to make the same meaningful and proper.

5. Therefore, this I.A. filed on behalf of the petitioners for correction of the above inadvertent typographical mistakes in the judgment dated 25.11.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.30020 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The above typographical mistakes in the Paragraph Nos.1, 3, 5 and 7 of the judgment dated 25.11.2025 as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners be corrected.

7. As such, this I.A. is disposed of finally.
