the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the petitioner praying for directing the District Sub-registrar, Cuttack(Opposite Party No.3) to register the deed of cancellation of power of attorney(original of Annexure-1)

executed by the petitioner and Opposite Party Nos.5 and 6.
