2. This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing the charge-sheet and criminal proceeding in TR Case No.56 of 2015

which arises out of Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 again
