05. 1. Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 21804 of 2022 and W.P.(C) No. 2100 of 2024 shall serve copy of the writ petition along with its annexures to Mr. Bikash Jena, learned counsel appearing for the AICTE within next three working days obtaining necessary acknowledgement in that regard.
2. Since the issues involved in these six writ petitions are same, Mr. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the AICTE submitted that he will adopt one counter affidavit for the said opposite party in all these writ petitions.
