Act and Section 47(a) of the Bihar and Orissa Excise Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. for four years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand), in default, to undergo R.I. for six months for the offence under Section 20(b)(1) of the N.D.P.S.
