01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dtd.20.12.2024 so passed by Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-1. Vide the said order, Opposite Party No.2 withheld the pension and gratuity of the Petitioner in full and permanently.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that such an order under Annexure-1 was passed, because of the order of conviction and sentence passed against the Petitioner by the learned Special Judge, (Vigilance), Keonjhar in VGR No.3 of 2017/T.R. No.8 of
2017, vide judgment dtd.23.03.2024 under Annexure-2.
