This CRLMP has been filed with the prayer to conduct an immediate, effective, time-bound investigation and trace, rescue and produce the kidnapped minor daughter of the petitioner and to direct constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for urgent search operations and to direct disciplinary action against erring police officials for their gross inaction and directions to monitor the investigation including period status reports.
