03. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.422(B) of 2023 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M, Balangir, arising out of Balangir Town P.S. Case No.141 of 2023 & CID CB P.S. Case No.5 of 2023 for commission of offence alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 474, 475, 420, 120-B and 34 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel, on instruction, submits that except the present BLAPL, no other bail application of the Petitioner relating to the aforementioned P.S.

case is pending in any other Court.

4. Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 483 of BNSS by the learned SDJM, Balangir by order dated 14.10.2025 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is similarly placed with one Abhijeet Kumar Bhakat who was before this Court in BLAPL No.1328
