01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.1487 of 2025 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Rairangpur arising out of Gorumahisani P.S. Case No.126 of 2025 for commission of offence alleged under Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act.

3. The prosecution case is that on 27.11.2025 at about 2:10 AM, the informant lodged an FIR as directed by the IIC, Gorumahisani Police Station, vide C.C. No. 0859066 dated 26.11.2025. On 26.11.2025 at about 10:10 PM, the informant along with police staff proceeded in PS vehicle No. CD-05M-0745 to verify information regarding suspicious activities at Ganeshdahi, Nuadihi village. Near Nuadihi, they noticed two persons on a red-coloured motorcycle who, on seeing the police, tried to flee but were intercepted near Marchagoda bridge.
