1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This is an application with a prayer for modification of order dated 24.12.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that the Petitioner was released on bail vide order dated 24.12.2024 subject to the conditions mentioned in Para-11 of the order. Further, specifically referring to the condition in Para-11 (v), the Petitioner was asked to pay the balance amount of Rs.9,47,000/-, which is the differential amount as claimed by the complainant within two months from the date of his release on bail.
