3. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notices to the Opp. Parties and after hearing both the parties, the Opp.Parties more particularly the Opp.Party No.4 i.e. the Tahasildar, Pipili be directed to record the schedule land in the name of the petitioners pursuant to direction dated 20.01.2023 passed by the learned Commissioner, Consolidation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated period.
