JUDGMENT

By the Bench;

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioners, in this writ petition, seek to assail the judgment dated 28^th March, 2025 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Commissioner of Endowments Odisha, Bhubaneswar in OA No.207 of 2023, whereby an application filed by the Petitioners under Section 19-A of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 (for brevity, ‘the Act’) for grant of ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) in favour of the Petitioners to alienate the prop
