1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):-

“1. i. For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction or directions in nature of "certiorari" to quash memo No. 535/Patna dated 18.05.2015 passed by the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar (Annexure-14)

which is the Similar to the impugned order dated 11.03.2013 of Director Primary Education, Government of Bihar Annexure-12 of the writ petition without going to the perusal of the available records.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order/ direction in the nature of "Mandamus" directing and commanding to the concern respondents to consider the claim of petitioners in accordance to the Pvt. School Takeover Rules, 1976 after the proper verification the entire records available in the office of the concern authorities.

iii. For further issuance of an appropriate writ, order/direction in nature of "Mandamus" directing and commanding the concern respondents authorities to make their payment of entire salary alongwith arrears and all retirement benefits
