The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the

order dated 06.01.2020 passed in CWJC No. 21012 of 2018.

2. Grievances of the petitioners is that there is a

proposal for construction of market complex/vending zone on

western side of Motipur at Hat Bazar, Ward No. 7, Block-

Motipur, District-Muzaffarpur, due to which general public

rights are likely to be affected and there would be inconvenience

to them.

3. This Court has directed the concerned authority to

examine the grievances of the petitioners. Opposite Party No. 5

– Mr. Santosh Kumar, Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat,

Motipur has filed show-cause along with certain documents at

Annexure-A communication dated 27.03.2021 which reads as
