The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following relief:-

“1. That this writ application is being filed by the

petitioner who is widow old ladies for declaration

of sale Deed is void which was executed by his

son fraudulently sold her share land to the

respondent no.6 on 21.09.2021 which is her

source of livelihood not only that circle officer

(Respondent no. 4) had also created Jamabandi

in favor of Respondent no. 6 without being

verified the records in whose name earlier

Jamabandi was created and further this widow

ladies pray to issue appropriate writ/ writs,

order/orders, Direction /Directions to the

respondents as your lord ship may deem fit and

proper in the interest of Justice.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks

liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative

remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that

of filing a suit, before the competent civil Court, having

appropriate jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
