Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in

connection with G.R. No. 106 of 2019 arising out of

Karja P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 for the offence

registered under Sections 363, 366(a), 34 and 376

of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of

the P.O.C.S.O. Act.

After some arguments, the learned counsel

for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

present petition with liberty to raise the issue

rega
