Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondents and learned counsel for the intervenor.
2. The present second appeal has been filed against the appellate judgment and decree dated 02.08.1988 and 08.08.1988, passed and prepared by, the Additional District Judge-II, Madhepura in Title Appeal No.5/1985, arising out of original Judgment and decree dated 27.07.1984 and 13.08.1984, passed and prepared by the Subordinate Judge, Madhepura in Title Suit No.18 of 1978.
3. The present second appeal has been filed against the judgment of reversal.
