The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief:-
“1. That the present application is for issuance of a
writ in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing
the concern authority to clean the road, which have
been encroached by some of the persons in Ram
Nagari, Section-4, Ashianangar, Patna, which is
registered under Ram Nagari Girih Nirman Samiti,
Patna High Court CWJC No.18273 of 2022(2) dt.29-03-2023

Patna and after removing the encroachment, the
concerned authority will see that no further
encroachment be made on encroachment which is
new tendency going on at Patna and or pass such
other order or orders as your Lordships may think
fit and proper.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle
Officer, Sadar, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.
Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioners approach
the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, by filing appropriate petition /
representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the
same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after
hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed
thereon, forthwith.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the
aforesaid terms.
