Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with
Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 registered under Section
25(1-B) of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been
implicated in the present case due to personal enmity. Further
submission is that the name of the petitioner has come only on
the confession of co-accused Sagar Pal. He also submits that
nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of
the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61895 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023

event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal
bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate-VIII, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case
No. 276 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under
Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
