ORAL JUDGMENT
Date : 03-01-2025 Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. In view of the para-6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, I direct the petitioners to file a representation before the District Education Officer, Araria or respondent no.5 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of their claim within a period of four weeks from today. The District Education Officer, Araria or respondent no.5. shall dispose of the representation of the petitioners by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks’ of filing of such representation by the petitioners. The District Education Officer, Araria or respondent no.5 is also directed to consider the order passed in L.P.A. No.43 of 2016 and analogous cases dated 13.08.2019.
3. The concerned authority is directed to pay the admitted dues, if any, to the petitioners.
4. It is made clear that the District Education Officer, Araria or respondent no.5 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
