Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant

of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8, 20 (b)(ii) C,

22, 23, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act .

As per the prosecution case, on the vehicle being

driven by the petitioner being searched, 93.62 kgs of Ganja was

recovered.
