Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection

with Nautan PS case no. 333 of 2021 instituted for the

offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal

Code, Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000

and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012.

The case of the prosecution in brief is that the

accused persons including the petitioner had raped the minor
