Heard Mr. Pushkar Narain Shahi, learned Senior Advocate with Mr. Mukesh Kumar No. 1, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned Advocate for the State.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order as contained in Memo No. 5840 dated 24.11.2020 passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, whereby the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of withholding of two annual increments with cumulative effect; with a further direction that the petitioner shall be entitled to get only subsistence allowance for the period during suspension. The petitioner is also aggrieved with the order passed by the Appellate Authority as contained in Memo No. 689 dated 28.08.2021, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner came to be rejected affirming the order of the d
