The petitioner is aggrieved with the order as contained in Memo No. 5840 dated 24.11.2020 passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, whereby the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of withholding of two annual increments with cumulative effect; with a further direction that the petitioner shall be entitled to get only subsistence allowance for the period during suspension.
